Sunny Savina Bertollini, proprietress of Seattle's beloved apothecary The Hidden Alchemist, is celebrated for her work as a master herbalist who crafts natural medicinals, skin and beauty products by hand, and for her use of herbs in drinks, teas, syrups and infusions.

Sunny's unique creations with culinary lavender led to her book For Love of Lavender: the Culinary Lavender Cookbook of Delicious Desserts and Luscious Drinks (Chatwin, 2015), created specially for one of the region's largest lavender festivals, and now available worldwide.

Sunny currently resides in Italy, where she is researching new herbal creations and the rich history of medicinal plants.
